Day 1 - Wednesday - New York / Niagara.
 We will travel from New York through the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania; arriving at Niagara Falls in the afternoon. Depending on weather and operational conditions, we will board the Hornblower (overnight).
Day 2 - Thursday - Niagara / Toronto / Niagara
 American breakfast.
Passengers with Canadian visa or without border crossing restrictions:
A tour of Table Rock, the Floral Clock area and the Spanish Aerial Carriage will be conducted en route to Toronto, Canada's largest city. The panoramic tour of Toronto will take us through City Hall, the University of Toronto and Ontario Place. After the tour we will return to Niagara Falls (Overnight).
Day 3 - Friday - Niagara Falls / Washington D.C.
American breakfast.
Departure to Washington D.C. through the states of New York, Pennsylvania and Maryland, crossing the Appalachian Mountains we will continue the trip to reach the capital city, Washington D.C. In the late afternoon (Overnight).
Day 4 - Saturday - Washington D.C.
American breakfast.
In the morning, we will tour Washington D.C. We will see Arlington Cemetery, the memorials to President Lincoln, the White House, Pennsylvania Avenue and the Capitol. Afternoon hours will be free to visit the Smithsonian Institution museums. (Lodging) ⁱScenic views due to restricted access.
Day 5 - Sunday - Washington D.C. / Philadelphia / New York.
American breakfast.
In the morning we will start our return to New York via Philadelphia. Upon arrival, a brief tour including: Benjamin Franklin Boulevard and stops in front of the Museum of Art and the Liberty Bell. Free time for lunch (food not included). We will continue our journey to New York and upon arrival, passengers will be distributed to their initial pick-up points, thus ending our services.

  • All services are in shared operation, the itinerary is fixed, and the dates are pre-established.
  • Tips for guide and driver are not included in the rate. Although they are not mandatory, we suggest an amount between $ 5 USD - 10 USD per day and per person, please be notified to the client.
  • Please note that, in order to access each rate, the occupancy range per room must be reached for each reservation. A) Single, 1 Adult. B) Double, 2 Adults. C) Triple, 3 Adults. D) Quadruple, 4 Adults.
  • Children over 2 years old and under 17 years old sharing an existing bed with a minimum 1 and maximum 3 responsible adults are free of the hotel charge. Children under 2 years old are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
  • For safety reasons, a maximum of 2 children under 17 years of age are allowed as passengers for each adult over 21 years of age on our tours, without exceeding the limit of 4 passengers per room.
  • SEEUSATOURS reserves the right to change the itinerary due to force majeure, these changes will be notified in advance of each departure and prior acceptance of the passenger will not apply for any refund, such changes include but are not limited to: - Substitute the hotel of stay of the tour for one of equal or superior category. - Modifying the starting or ending points for logistical reasons.   • In case of reservations for disabled persons, they must request them indicating the level of disability and they will be subject to availability.
  • Passengers will be responsible for carrying the necessary documentation to enter the United States and Canada. Certain nationalities require a visa to enter Canada from the United States. Persons who do not have the necessary documentation to enter Canada will be responsible for indicating this on their reservation request or otherwise be responsible for the costs incurred.
  • Extra expenses not detailed in the itinerary must be paid by the passenger directly.
  • SEEUSATOURS reserves the right to operate the tour by van, minibus, or bus with a capacity for 12, 39, or 50 people depending on the number of passengers per departure.
  • In case of making the tour by van, the guide will also act as a driver, and may not be able to accompany you to certain places during the tour, but always give you a previous explanation of the places to visit.
  • Product on free sale up to 45 calendar days before the operational date of service, subject to sales closures according to occupancy at any time of the season, closure applies immediately, after notified the closure no new reservations are accepted. To apply this modality at the offline level, the customer must share an email upon receipt of this document to receive the closings.
  • Reservations made within 45 days prior to the selected departure will be upon request and will be pending confirmation.
  • All reservations confirmed or canceled by SEEUSATOURS must have the respective locator according to the case, otherwise, it will not have any validity, even if the product is on free sale.
  • Transfers from a hotel other than our pick-up points are not included. In case of needing them, these will have an additional cost informed once the request is made.
  • This tour includes luggage transportation service based on 1 suitcase (23 kg) and 1 carry-on bag (10kg) per person. Additional luggage is not guaranteed in the vehicle due to space limitations. If the passenger exceeds this limit, he/she will be responsible for the expenses incurred.
  • Triple and quadruple rooms are available with two beds only.
  • Connected rooms, on request, are not guaranteed, 100% non-smoking hotels. - The Eastern Triangle circuit includes breakfast at the hotels on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Lunch is not included.
  • SEEUSATOURS guarantees that the vehicles used for its tours have the permits, insurance, and legal revisions for the transportation of passengers in the United States, therefore it is understood that any mechanical breakdown will be an event of force majeure and no compensation will be provided for any affectation in the itinerary, in the same way, it is committed that previous emergency preparations have been stipulated in which depending on the affectation of the vehicle, it can be repaired en route or you must wait for an assistance vehicle if it is impossible to continue; in any of the cases, we will try to use all available resources to guarantee safety and the least possible impact on the passengers.
  • The passenger will be responsible for any additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Modification Policies
Once the reservation is confirmed, modifications will be subject to availability and possible supplements. A surcharge as a percentage of the total reservation, depending on the time prior to the trip in which cancellation reception is confirmed:
