- To maintain on-time service, drivers are required to remain in their vehicles, and passengers should be ready 10 to 15 minutes prior to their scheduled pick-up
- The maximum allowed baggage is 1 piece of up to 50 pounds / 25 kilos and 1 carry-on of up to 20 pounds / 10 kilos. Overweight or additional bags will be subject to availability and fees may apply
- If you are travelling with children 3 years old or less it is required to use a child safety seat. Please note that it´s the parent or guardian responsibility to bring one, in the case of not complying with this requirement the service may not be provided.
