GENERAL CONDITIONS:
1 Free Sale applies for all services booked with at least 48 hours prior to departure, unless stated otherwise.
2 The agency must properly inform all passengers about our Customer Service 24 hour phone number (Free from the US 800-301-4060 or 212-944-4919)
3 No cancellations allowed, once the passengers arrive at their destination.
4 All services not redeemed voluntarially, are not refundable.
5 All packages are fixed and the services included are NOT interchangeable.
6 All requests for services within the next 48 hours will be subject to operational availability and fees may apply.
7 All services On Request are subjetc to operational availability and will be confirmed or rejected within 24 hours.
8 All pertinent information is needed to process a booking: Full names, Flight number, Hotel name, Service date and time (if applies), phone number, etc.
9 SeeUSATours won't be held responsible for unsuccesful services caused by wrong or incomplete passenger information.
10 Max allowed baggage is 2 suitcases according to airline regulations.
WAITING TIME:
1 Transfers Inbound International flights
2 hours from the plane's arrival - 2 Transfers Inbound Domestic flights 1 hora from the plane's arrival
3 Transfers Outbound Max. 15 minutes after confirmed pickup time
4 All tours Max. 10 minutes after confirmed pickup time
5 Special dates Dec 24 ,25 ,31 y Jan 1. All booking requests for any special date will be handled as a Private Service
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
1 With some exceptions, once a booking is confirmed, there will be a 72 hour limit to cancel it without charges. Exceptions will be properly stated.
2 Cancellations between 72 and 48 hours prior service, will have a 50% charge.
3 Cancellations with less than 48 hours prior service, will have a 100% charge.
