LAS CITY PACKAGE

1. Shared transfer from airport to hotel : Our driver will be expecting you holding a sign with your name outside the baggage claim exit for domestic flights and outside the immigration exit for international flights. 
  • The maximum waiting time for arrivals is 1 hour for domestic flights and 2 hours for international fights, after the plane has landed
  • The maximum allowed baggage is 1 piece of up to 50 pounds / 25 kilos and 1 carry-on of up to 20 pounds / 10 kilos. Overweight or additional bags will be subject to availability and fees may apply
  • All children under 8 years old must be seated in a booster or child seat provided by SEEUSATOURS. It won’t be allowed for children to travel on their parent’s lap or in their arms

2. Shared transfer from hotel to airport: Our driver will be expecting you outside your hotel’s main door
  • The maximum waiting time for tours is 10 minutes after scheduled pickup time
  • The maximum allowed baggage is 1 piece of up to 50 pounds / 25 kilos and 1 carry-on of up to 20 pounds / 10 kilos. Overweight or additional bags will be subject to availability and fees may apply
  • All children under 8 years old must be seated in a booster or child seat provided by SEEUSATOURS. It won’t be allowed for children to travel on their parent’s lap or in their arms

3. Night Tour Las Vegas: 
The City that never sleeps ..... where you will enjoy the impressive hotels like the Bellagio with the incredible light, water, music and color show, will be transported to the same Italy visiting the canals of the Venetian Hotel, The Mirage Volcano , Etc ... All this while our guides tell you the thousand and one curiosities of The City of Game and the fun par excellence.

Language: Spanish
Duration: 3 hours and 30 minutes approximately
Operation days: Monday, wednesday and friday
Time and pick up location: Hotel of Stay in Las Vegas Strip around 6:00 p.m. Keep in mind that before start de tour we will picki - up other passengers and then the tour will begin
Drop off location: After the tour is completed the passenger will be left at the Stay Hotel located on the Las Vegas Strip.
Observations: The excursion does not include food, drink, or tickets to any of the mentioned places, it is recommended to wear clothes according to the weather, don’t forget your camera and have fun !!!
Cancellation policy
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
 
1 Free Sale applies for all services booked with at least 48 hours prior to departure, unless stated otherwise.
2 The agency must properly inform all passengers about our Customer Service 24 hour phone number (Free from the US 800-301-4060 or 212-944-4919)
3 No cancellations allowed, once the passengers arrive at their destination.
4 All services not redeemed voluntarially, are not refundable.
5 All packages are fixed and the services included are NOT interchangeable.
6 All requests for services within the next 48 hours will be subject to operational availability and fees may apply.
7 All services On Request are subjetc to operational availability and will be confirmed or rejected within 24 hours.
8 All pertinent information is needed to process a booking: Full names, Flight number, Hotel name, Service date and time (if applies), phone number, etc.
9 SeeUSATours won't be held responsible for unsuccesful services caused by wrong or incomplete passenger information.
10 Max allowed baggage is 2 suitcases according to airline regulations.
 
WAITING TIME:
1 Transfers Inbound International flights
2 hours from the plane's arrival  - 2 Transfers Inbound Domestic flights 1 hora from the plane's arrival
3 Transfers Outbound Max. 15 minutes after confirmed pickup time
4 All tours Max. 10 minutes after confirmed pickup time
5 Special dates Dec 24 ,25 ,31 y Jan 1. All booking requests for any special date will be handled as a Private Service
 
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
 
1 With some exceptions, once a booking is confirmed, there will be a 72 hour limit to cancel it without charges. Exceptions will be properly stated.
2 Cancellations between 72 and 48 hours prior service, will have a 50% charge.
3 Cancellations with less than 48 hours prior service, will have a 100% charge.
