1. Private or shared transfer from the airport to the hotel. The passenger must locate the Welcome Center or Ground Transportation Desk at the airport terminal where he/she must present the voucher to an agent to request the service.

· The approximate waiting time for the service ranges from 20 minutes to 1 hour.

· The maximum baggage allowance per passenger is one bag of 50 pounds / 25 Kilos and one carry-on bag of 20 pounds / 10 Kilos. Overweight and additional bags are subject to availability and extra charge.

· If you are traveling with children 3 years old or younger a car seat is required, it is the responsibility of the parents or legal guardian to provide such a seat, no claims will be entertained for this reason.

2. Private or shared from the hotel to the airport: The passenger must be at the hotel door 10 minutes before the established time since the drivers are not allowed to leave the vehicles.

· The maximum baggage allowance per passenger is one 50 lb / 25 Kilos suitcase and one 20 lb / 10 Kilos carry-on bag. Overweight and additional luggage are subject to availability and extra charge.

· If you are traveling with children 3 years old or younger a car seat is required, it is the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian to provide such a seat, no claims will be entertained for this reason.

Place and time where the tour starts: Hotel Millennium Times Square 45th Street between 6th and 7th Avenue. 08:00 a.m. Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

Place where the tour ends: Battery Park and you will be able to walk to One World Observatory which will take 15 minutes or you can take a cab that will take you in 5 minutes.

Observations:

The tour does not include food and beverages. This tour includes admission to One World Observatory.

ONE WORLD OBSERVATORY

Begin by ascending to the top of the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere in less than sixty seconds, then look out over the horizon and feel the invincible spirit of the city. Upon entry, visitors are greeted at the Global Welcome Center, where a huge video panel displays greetings in a variety of languages and a dynamically generated world map highlights visitors' places of origin.

Observations: The passenger must present our voucher which includes the date of service and information from One World Observatory to redeem the tickets for a ticket with the scheduled time.

Cancellation policy
 

GENERAL CONDITIONS ALL DESTINATIONS:

1 all prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice due to force majeure (i.e. tax increase, gas increase, etc.).

2 all prices include taxes.

3 transfers in or out of the established time range for each city will have an extra charge (Please check the extra charges in each city).

4 in case passengers miss any connection between flights and there is no notice of this, it will be considered as "NO SHOW" which will apply to the service 100% expenses.

5 the maximum baggage allowance per passenger is 2 suitcases with the airline's specifications as well as the weight (50 pounds maximum per suitcase). Additional weight and luggage will be subject to availability and capacity of the vehicle in which the transfer is made (arrival or departure), in addition to an extra charge.

6 the agency is responsible for informing the Customer Service numbers to each of its passengers in a timely manner (Toll Free +1 (212) 944-4919).

7 SEEUSATOURS reserves the right to cancel services due to adverse weather conditions.

8 packages are not changeable (no substitution of services will be made).

TRANSFER POLICY AND WAITING TIME:

1 waiting time for transfers from the airport to hotels on international flights 2 hours once the plane has landed 2 waiting time for transfers from the airport to hotels on local flights 1 hour once the plane has landed.

2 hours after the plane has landed 2 Waiting time for transfers from the airport to the hotels for local flights 1 hour after the plane has landed.

3 Waiting time for transfers from hotels to the airport Max. 15 minutes after confirmed pick-up time.

4 waiting time for excursions (outbound and return) Max. 10 minutes after the confirmed pick up time.

6 SEEUSATOURS reserves the right to make necessary changes to tour itineraries in general without prior notice.

7 All requests for services on the above-mentioned special dates will be based on "Private Services".

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EXCURSIONS and TRANSFERS FOR ALL DESTINATIONS:

1 Once the reservation is confirmed, there will be a limit of 72 hours (New York time) to the date of the service to cancel the reservation without additional charges.

2 cancellations or modifications of (dates, names, etc...) with less than 72 hours (New York time) to the date of service, will have a penalty of USD$50.00 per passenger.

3 cancellations or modifications of (dates, names, etc.) with less than 24 hours (New York time) to the date of service will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

4 All requests will be subject to availability, with 24 hours (New York time) to confirm.
