GENERAL CONDITIONS
ALL DESTINATIONS:
1 all prices are
subject to change with 30 days’ notice due to force majeure (i.e. tax increase,
gas increase, etc.).
2 all prices
include taxes.
3 transfers in or
out of the established time range for each city will have an extra charge
(Please check the extra charges in each city).
4 in case
passengers miss any connection between flights and there is no notice of this,
it will be considered as "NO SHOW" which will apply to the service
100% expenses.
5 the maximum
baggage allowance per passenger is 2 suitcases with the airline's
specifications as well as the weight (50 pounds maximum per suitcase).
Additional weight and luggage will be subject to availability and capacity of
the vehicle in which the transfer is made (arrival or departure), in addition
to an extra charge.
6 the agency is
responsible for informing the Customer Service numbers to each of its
passengers in a timely manner (Toll Free +1 (212) 944-4919).
7 SEEUSATOURS
reserves the right to cancel services due to adverse weather conditions.
8 packages are not
changeable (no substitution of services will be made).
TRANSFER POLICY AND WAITING
TIME:
1 waiting time for transfers
from the airport to hotels on international flights 2 hours once the plane has
landed 2 waiting time for transfers from the airport to hotels on local flights
1 hour once the plane has landed.
2 hours after the plane has
landed 2 Waiting time for transfers from the airport to the hotels for local
flights 1 hour after the plane has landed.
3 Waiting time for transfers
from hotels to the airport Max. 15 minutes after confirmed pick-up time.
4 waiting time for excursions
(outbound and return) Max. 10 minutes after the confirmed pick up time.
5 special days January 01, 16,
February 20, May 29, July 29, July 4, September 04, October 09, November 10,
11, 23, 24, December 24, 25, 31 and January 1, 2024.
6 SEEUSATOURS reserves the
right to make necessary changes to tour itineraries in general without prior
notice.
7 All requests for services on
the above-mentioned special dates will be based on "Private
Services".
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EXCURSIONS and TRANSFERS FOR ALL
DESTINATIONS:
1 Once the reservation is confirmed, there will be a limit
of 72 hours (New York time) to the date of the service to cancel the
reservation without additional charges.
2 cancellations or modifications of (dates, names, etc...)
with less than 72 hours (New York time) to the date of service, will have a
penalty of USD$50.00 per passenger.
3 cancellations or modifications of (dates, names, etc.)
with less than 24 hours (New York time) to the date of service will incur a
100% cancellation fee.
4 All requests will be subject to availability, with 24
hours (New York time) to confirm.
